Our commitment to our customers is to deliver quality products in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

To help us follow the guidelines below when checking in your orders:

  • Unpack your order immediately upon receipt
  • Check what you received against the invoice
  • Notify us within 24hrs after you receive your delivery if you find discrepancies or damaged products
  • All claims after the 24hrs of delivery period will not be entertained.

If a return is needed, please note our policy for returns:

  • All returns are handled by a Sales Representative or can be taken directly to us.
  • We do NOT cover any charges for returns being sent to our premises.
  • We do not accept any discontinued product or product in outdated packaging.
  • Please provide the Invoice number that the product was received.
  • All products returned other than defective products must be clean, in original packaging without damaged (dents, glue, scratches, stickers etc)
  • All customer overstock returns will be subject to a handling fee, regardless of purchase date.
  • Handling fees are based on days from original purchase date – see below:
    • 0 – 14 days: 0%
    • 15-59 days: 15%
    • 60+ days: Returns will not be accepted on purchases older than 60 days

No Cash refunds. All credits will be refunded back to customers account. Any products returned without prior authorization will not receive credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Electrical Devices:

All warranties for electrical devices are supplied by the manufacturer and not that of Sa Beauty Distributors and carry a 6 month warranty from date of purchase from ourselves . These warranties are offered by the manufacturer, who specify the warranty periods and may vary for each product.

Sa Beauty Distributors has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. In saying that, Sa Beauty Distributors will do all that it can to ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible, updating you through the process. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.

The original receipt is required for an electrical device return to be processed. For electrical devices with a purchase date greater than 6 months, will be quoted for first and once the quote is accepted and paid for the repair will take place.

Product lines that are no longer distributed by SA Beauty Distributors will not be accepted for return.

Refunds for Non-Professionals:

Please note that we only sell to Professional & Qualified  Beauty & Hair Technicians – you will need to provide a proof of qualification if requested .Should you not be able to produce this documentation, your monies will be refunded less 10% which is for our administration and banking costs .
